In addition, our software calculates weights based on batch-specific adjustment factors, allowing for pharmacists to be double-checked and providing a reference to mitigating human error.

Unfortunately, the Compound Direct system DOES require internet, if you do experience regular internet issues at your pharmacy, we recommend installing a failover 4G sim internet. Whilst we wish we could promise the earth- systems like email, accounting, and banking all have this limitation.

Yes.
We're cloud-based, which means your data will be stored securely on our servers. It is your intellectual property and will always be. Compound Direct requires a legal right to your IP in order to transmit and display the formulation (Your IP) from our servers to your screen, but this right is limited to the "provision of the services". For the exact wording, please see our terms and conditions.

All data transferred to Compound Direct is encrypted before transit and the contents cannot be seen by any party in the middle, like an internet service provider.
Passwords are stored with industry-leading security.
User accounts have strict permission limits to lock down parts of the application to that user.
All data, (like scripts, files) is stored by PCI compliant cloud hosting companies which are also used by governments, banks, etc.
If you are an Australian customer, your data is located in Sydney. If you are from another region, you can request where your data will be located to ensure you are meeting your local privacy laws and regulations

Data conversion from pk software and rxone is supported, however, we always recommend fresh data input as this way, we can ensure all data will be of high quality.

Yes, as of March 2023, our current setup fee is $2000 + $400 per balance + GST. This includes workspace setup, balance integration, label setup, and up to one day of training.

We support nearly 40 balance brands, however, we have only physically tested a handful. If your balance is not listed here- don't worry. Send us an email or open an instant chat and we can have our experts configure your balance with our software.
