Reports

Customer, stock and sales reports can be generated to evaluate the performance of different aspects of your business and measure key performance indicators. Utilising these reports can be the key to keeping up with important requirements in your business.

View Reports

  1. Go to the ‘Settings’ page.
  2. Click on ‘Reports’.
  3. A list of customer, stock and prescriber reports available are shown.
  4. Click on the desired report to view it.

Expiring Scripts

  1. A list of scripts which the system recognises as expiring and likely to require a repeat are displayed with contact information.
  2. Scripts are grouped by the day they expire.
    • The system flags expiring scripts where a customer has a script with repeats left, where the last repeat was dispensed at least 8 months prior to expiry.
  3. Click ‘View Script’ to view the script and action.

Owing Scripts

  1. A list of scripts that have been marked as owing will appear to make managing owing scripts easier.
  2. Customer details are displayed including the date the script was dispensed.
  3. Click on the ‘View Script’ button to go to the script.

Failed SMS

  1. A list of all failed SMS attempts are shown including customer details, date sent and any recognised reason for failure.

Dashboard

  1. A range of analytics are shown in the dashboard including the ‘Scripts Per Week’, ‘Average Time to Weigh’ and ‘Average Weigh Times Per Ingredient’.

Discarded ingredients

  1. A list of ingredients which have been discarded in the selected time period are displayed including the date, quantity, reason, user and cost.
  2. Click on the name of the ingredient to see the batch details for the ingredient which was discarded.
  3. The date range can be adjusted by typing the desired date or using the calendar under ‘From’ and ‘To’.
  4. An Excel document of the list can be exported by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.

Ingredient Value

  1. A list of ingredients which have stock on hand are shown with their corresponding ingredient cost.
  2. Click on the name of the ingredient to see the ingredient details.
  3. An Excel document of the list can be exported by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.

Sales by formulation

  1. A list of your formulations is shown with the corresponding number of scripts dispensed using the formulation and total price of all scripts.
  2. The date range can be adjusted by clicking on the date buttons and typing the desired date, using the calendar or selected a pre-defined range.
  3. Click on the name of the formulation to see a report of your top doctors by formulation.
    1. The report compares doctors which have prescribed a script with the selected formulation between the selected date ranges.
    2. The date range can be adjusted by typing the desired date or using the calendar under ‘From’ and ‘To’.
    3. Click on the doctors name to see their details.
  4. An Excel document can be exported by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.

Scripts-per-day

  1. A graph of the number of scripts on each day in the date range is shown compared to a selected date period.
    1. Hovering over the graph displays each recorded data point.
  2. A dashboard of the 'Total sales', Average script price', 'Average scripts per day', and 'Average cost of goods' is shown.
  3. The date range can be adjusted by clicking on the date buttons and typing the desired date, using the calendar or selected a pre-defined range.
  4. A record of each day in the date range is shown with the total number of scripts, total price, gross profit and gross profit margin for each day.
    1. A total value of each column is shown at the bottom of the table.
  5. Click on any day to see a list of scripts dispensed on the day.
  6. An Excel document can be exported by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.
    1. The report shows extra details such as the total cost (ingredient or batch cost) and device cost.

Top doctors

  1. A list of doctors is displayed for the selected time period and is ordered based on the total price of scripts. The total number of scripts is also shown.
  2. The date range can be adjusted by typing the desired date or using the calendar under ‘From’ and ‘To’.
  3. An Excel document of the list can be exported by clicking on the ‘Export’ button.
