Invoice Templates
Create re-usable invoice templates to save default preferences for invoices you would like to send to your customers or clientās with accounts set up. Invoice templates give you the flexibility to add default notes to the template, choose your tax and shipping costs as well as choosing how your customer will receive their invoice.
Finding an invoice template
- Go to the āSettingsā page.
- Click on the 'Templates' button.
- Click on the āInvoice Templatesā button.
- A list of invoice templates is shown under āInvoice Templatesā.
- Once found click on the invoice template to view it.
Adding a new invoice template
- Go to the āSettingsā page.
- Click on the āInvoice Templatesā button.
- Click on the āCreate Invoice Templateā button.
- Add the
Name
andInvoice Title
. - To add more information to the invoice you may:
- Click on the āAdditional Noteā drop-down menu and add a section title and section description as required.
- Click on the āDelivery Noteā drop-down menu and add a delivery section title and transit description as required.
- Click on the āCustom Noteā drop-down menu and add a custom section title and description as required.
- Click on the āFooterā drop-down menu and add a footer note as required.
- Edit the senders details including name, address, phone and email or leave as the default shown in faint text.
- Upload relevant company logos or graphics to appear on the invoice.
- Click on the āSaveā button to save changes.
Editing an invoice template
- Go to the āSettingsā page.
- Click on the āInvoice Templatesā button.
- Click on the desired invoice template to edit.
- Edit the name, and other additional fields as desired.
- Edit the cost and sender details as required.
- Click on the āSave Invoice Templateā button to save changes.
Deleting an invoice template
- Go to the āSettingsā page.
- Click on the āInvoice Templatesā button.
- Click on the desired invoice template to delete.
- Click on the āMore Actionsā button.
- Click on the āDeleteā button.
